We are looking for a skilled CNC Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will set up, maintain, and operate Computer Numerical Control (CNC) machines to produce high-quality conveyor parts and systems. You will work with materials like steel, aluminum, and heavy-duty plastics to manufacture components like rollers, shafts, and structural brackets according to exact engineering blueprints.Key Responsibilities

- Machine Setup & Operation: Prepare and operate CNC machines (lathes, mills, or routers) to perform tasks such as drilling, grinding, and milling conveyor components.
- Blueprint Reading: Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and engineering specifications to understand the exact dimensions of the conveyor parts needed.
- Material Loading: Load raw materials (steel bars, metal sheets, or industrial plastics) into the machines, adjust machine settings, and install the correct tooling.
- Quality Control: Inspect and measure finished conveyor parts (like pulleys, sprockets, and shafts) using precision tools like calipers, micrometers, and gauges to ensure they meet exact tolerance levels.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on CNC machines, including cleaning, lubricating parts,



and replacing worn-out tools.
- Safety & Compliance: Adhere strictly to company safety guidelines, wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), and maintain a clean, organized workstation.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Experience: Proven experience as a CNC Machine Operator or Programmer in a manufacturing setup (experience in heavy machinery or conveyor manufacturing is a strong plus).
- Technical Skills: Strong understanding of CNC tooling, machine setup, and the ability to read engineering blueprints.
- Measurement Tools: Proficiency in using precision measurement instruments (micrometers, vernier calipers, dial indicators).
- Material Knowledge: Familiarity with various metals (mild steel, stainless steel) and plastics commonly used in conveyor manufacturing.
- Education: High school diploma, ITI certificate, or a technical diploma in mechanical engineering/machining is preferred.
