Position: CNC Programmer Cum Operator

Experience: 2–5 Years

Qualification: ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent

Job Responsibilities

- Prepare, modify, and optimize CNC machining programs as per engineering drawings and job requirements.
- Operate and set up CNC Turning / VMC / CNC machining machines.
- Read and understand mechanical drawings, dimensions, tolerances, and machining requirements.
- Select suitable cutting tools, inserts, holders, speeds, feeds, and machining parameters.
- Set work offsets, tool offsets, and machine coordinates accurately.
- Perform tool setting, job setting, component loading/unloading, and machine setup.
- Inspect finished components using Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Bore Gauge, Height Gauge, Dial Gauge, and other measuring instruments.
- Maintain dimensional accuracy and surface-finish requirements as per drawings.
- Identify and correct programming, tooling, and machining-related problems.
- Reduce cycle time and optimize machining processes wherever possible.
- Monitor machine performance, tool wear, and production quality.
- Maintain daily production and machine-related records.
- Follow company safety, quality, housekeeping,



and preventive maintenance procedures.
- Coordinate with the Production, Quality, Design, and Maintenance teams.

Required Skills
- Valuable knowledge of G-Code and M-Code.
- Experience in CNC/VMC programming and machine operation.
- Knowledge of Fanuc CNC controls will be preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
- Knowledge of cutting tools, machining parameters, and CNC tooling.
- Good knowledge of dimensional inspection and measuring instruments.
- Ability to troubleshoot machining and programming problems.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD / CNC programming software will be an added advantage.
- Good discipline, teamwork, and production-oriented approach.

Preferred Candidate Candidates with hands-on experience in heavy engineering, crusher components, industrial equipment, fabrication, shafts, plates, housings, and precision machining will be preferred.

Salary: As per experience and skill level.

Joining: Immediate / Short Notice preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
