About The Role

We are seeking an experienced Network, Cloud & Data Center Design Engineer to architect and implement resilient, high-performance infrastructure that supports our global operations. This role involves leading the comprehensive design of physical and virtual network environments, encompassing on-premises data centers, colocation facilities, and multi-cloud platforms. The engineer will ensure that our systems are scalable, secure, and capable of meeting demanding service level agreements, supporting our mission to deliver creative solutions worldwide.

Responsibilities

- Design and architect enterprise-grade data center networks, including spine-leaf topologies, fabric interconnects,



and WAN/SD-WAN overlays to ensure high availability and scalability.
- Lead the development of cloud network architectures across AWS, Azure, and GCP, including VPCs, transit gateways, direct connects, and cloud-native routing solutions.
- Create detailed low-level design (LLD) and high-level design (HLD) documentation, along with rack elevations, cable plans, and capacity models to support deployment and operational activities.
- Collaborate closely with security teams to integrate zero-trust principles, micro-segmentation, and compliance controls into network designs, ensuring security and regulatory adherence.
- Evaluate and select network hardware and software vendors, conducting proof-of-concept testing and managing technology refresh cycles to keep infrastructure current and efficient.
- Partner with data center operations, facilities, and cloud engineering teams to facilitate seamless deployment, configuration, and ongoing management of network infrastructure, including Day 2 operations.
- Define and implement network observability standards, traffic engineering policies, and failure-mode testing procedures, including chaos engineering and disaster recovery drills, to maintain system resilience.

Qualifications

- Proven experience designing data center networks using spine-leaf or CLOS architectures, with expertise in BGP EVPN/VXLAN for large-scale Layer 2/3 overlay networks.
- Hands-on experience architecting multi-cloud networking solutions across AWS, Azure, and GCP, including transit gateways, VPC peering, and cloud-native security features.




- Deep understanding of routing and switching protocols such as BGP, OSPF, IS-IS, MPLS, and QoS, with the ability to troubleshoot complex routing policies.
- Strong knowledge of network security frameworks, including micro-segmentation, firewall policies, TLS/SSL inspection, SASE frameworks, and compliance standards like PCI-DSS, HIPAA, or FedRAMP.
- Practical experience with Infrastructure-as-Code tools such as Terraform and Ansible for automating network provisioning and configuration management.
- Relevant industry certifications such as CCIE (Routing & Switching, Data Center, or Service Provider), AWS Advanced Networking, Azure Network Engineer Associate, or GCP Professional Cloud Network Engineer are highly desirable.
