CLINIC HEAD – FRESHERS WELCOME

Akanta Dental & Facial Aesthetics | Nungambakkam, Chennai

We are looking for a confident, enthusiastic and responsible fresher dentist who is eager to learn, grow and take ownership of a growing dental & facial aesthetics practice.

Akanta has successfully completed its first year, with a growing patient base and exposure to a wide variety of dental and facial aesthetic cases. As we enter the next phase of growth, we are looking for someone who wants to grow with the clinic for the long term.

What You Will Learn

- Exposure to different types of dental cases
- Comprehensive case evaluation and treatment planning
- Patient communication and treatment presentation
- Hands-on learning in facial aesthetics
- Understanding facial aesthetic procedures, case selection and protocols
- Learning how to manage aesthetic patients professionally
- Guidance and mentorship throughout your clinical journey

Your Role The Clinic Head will gradually be trained to independently manage the clinic, including:
- Patient consultations and follow-ups
- Treatment planning and coordination
- Day-to-day clinic management
- Managing staff and coordinating with specialists
- Maintaining clinical records and protocols




- Ensuring a smooth patient experience
- Taking responsibility for the overall functioning of the clinic

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
