We are looking for a confident, responsible, and well-presented Clinic Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a premium aesthetic, wellness, and nutrition clinic.

The ideal candidate should have excellent leadership, communication, team-management, patient-handling, and administrative skills, along with a strong sense of professionalism and accountability.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the overall day-to-day functioning of the clinic.
- Coordinate appointments, patient flow, consultations, treatments, and staff schedules.
- Supervise and manage clinic staff and ensure smooth teamwork.
- Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, grooming, discipline, and performance.
- Ensure all clinic protocols and management instructions are followed.
- Maintain a high standard of patient service and experience.
- Handle patient enquiries, feedback, concerns, and complaints professionally.
- Coordinate between doctors, nutritionists, therapists, nurses, reception, and management.
- Monitor daily appointments, treatment bookings, package sales, collections, cancellations, and follow-ups.
- Support patient retention, package follow-ups, and revenue growth.
- Maintain daily operational and revenue reports.
- Monitor clinic inventory, consumables, and treatment supplies.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers when required.
- Ensure treatment rooms, reception,



and common areas maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
- Identify operational issues and take appropriate corrective action.
- Escalate important clinical, financial, HR, or patient-related matters to management.

Candidate Profile

- Previous experience in clinic management, aesthetics, dermatology, wellness, hospitality, or premium service operations is preferred.
- Strong leadership and people-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Pleasant, professional, and confident personality.
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Robust sense of responsibility and ownership.
- Ability to handle staff and patient situations calmly and professionally.
- Basic computer knowledge and reporting skills.
- Experience in an aesthetic or wellness clinic will be an added advantage.

Full-Time | Clinic Manager

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate

- Kollam, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:
- Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:
- as a Clinic Manager: 2 years (Preferred)
