Rasa Derm – Skin, Hair and Aesthetics is hiring experienced Clinic Sales Managers for its clinic in Safdarjung Enclave, South Delhi.

We are looking for motivated, patient-focused sales professionals with at least two years of clinic sales experience. The role involves leading the clinic’s sales activities, improving enquiry-to-treatment conversions, coordinating the front-desk team and supporting smooth clinic operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Convert telephone, online and walk-in enquiries into consultations and treatments

- Follow up consistently with new leads and existing patients

- Counsel patients clearly and ethically about treatment plans, packages and payment options

- Achieve individual and clinic revenue targets

- Maintain accurate lead, follow-up and conversion records in the CRM

- Coordinate with doctors, therapists and reception staff to provide a smooth patient experience

- Manage and guide the sales and front-desk team

- Prepare regular sales, conversion and performance reports

- Create staff schedules and coordinate day-to-day staffing requirements

- Support the smooth daily operation of the clinic

- Maintain high standards of professionalism, patient communication and service

Requirements




- Minimum two years of clinic sales experience

- Proven experience in lead conversion, follow-ups and revenue-focused sales

- Strong team-management and staff-coordination skills

- Good working knowledge of CRM or lead-management systems

- Strong communication and patient-counselling abilities

- Fluency in English and Hindi

- Qualified, target-oriented and patient-focused approach
