NKey Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day communication with clients and understand their campaign requirements.

- Coordinate with internal influencer marketing and campaign teams to ensure smooth execution.

- Prepare campaign briefs, updates, presentations, and client communication.
N
- Track campaign timelines, deliverables, approvals, and pending requirements.
N
- Coordinate with clientsand internal teams for timely closure of campaign deliverables.
N
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
N
- Assist in handling client queries, feedback, and escalations.
N
- Support the team in identifying opportunities for repeat campaigns and client growth.

- Maintain accurate records of campaign progress,



communication, and deliverables.

- Stay updated with influencers, creators, social media trends, and emerging content formats.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills.

- Good understanding of influencers, creators, and social media platforms.

- Strong coordination, follow-up, and organizational skills.

- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and timelines simultaneously.

- Proactive approach withstrong attention to detail.

- Good working knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced influencer marketing workplace.

nQualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, Advertising, or a related field.

- 1–2 years of experiencein client servicing, influencer marketing, account management, advertising, or a related field.

- Freshers with relevant internships and strong communication skills may also apply.
