About the Role

Fragomen's US Capability Center in Kochi is hiring a Client Services professional with Mobility & HR Workflow capabilities. This is primarily a client services role — owning client relationships and engagement delivery — with an added focus on designing and managing mobility and HR workflow processes. Candidates with a background in HR Outsourcing (HRO), HR Shared Services (HRSS), or Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) are strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Serve as a client-facing point of contact for mobility and HR service engagements, ensuring SLAs and expectations are met
- Support client onboarding, escalations, and day-to-day relationship management
- Own and manage end-to-end mobility and HR workflow projects, from process design through rollout
- Partner with HR Shared Services and RPO delivery teams to streamline handoffs and reduce turnaround time
- Build project plans, timelines,



and governance structures for mobility and HR workflow initiatives

What We're Looking For

- Experience in a client services, account management, or client-facing operations role
- Prior experience within HRO, HR Shared Services (HRSS), or RPO environments is essential
- Demonstrated project management experience — able to run structured timelines and multi-stakeholder coordination
- Working understanding of global mobility processes is a strong plus
- Solid communication and stakeholder management skills
