nWe are looking for a Client Sales Executive to join our growing US staffing & recruitment team. The ideal candidate should have strong US voice/calling experience , lead-generation skills, and the ability to build relationships with US clients.
Key Responsibilitiesn• Conduct outbound calls to prospective US clients
n• Generate, qualify, and follow up on leads
n• Identify new business opportunities for non-IT staffing & recruitment
n• Build and maintain relationships with US clients
n• Understand client hiring requirements and coordinate with the recruitment team
n• Maintain sales pipelines and follow-ups
n• Work collaboratively using Agile ways of working
Requirementsn• Experience in US voice process / outbound calling / B2B sales
n• Strong English communication and client-handling skills
n• Experience in lead generation and cold calling
n• US staffing/recruitment sales experience is preferred
n• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote setting
n• Willingness to work the 7:30 PM – 4:30 AM IST shift
