You would own an assigned book of corporate accounts: the day-to-day servicing, the recurring account reviews, the client asking why a settlement is delayed at six in the evening. It is judgment work as much as relationship work, knowing when an issue needs to move up through the centre's operations desk and when a explicit explanation on a call is enough.

- 4 to 8 years in relationship management, corporate banking, or client servicing within financial services
- Comfortable owning escalations and reading when they need to move up
