Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer/client queries and maintain valuable relationships.
- Coordinate with sales and internal teams for timely order processing.
- Follow up with clients regarding orders, payments, and feedback.
- Maintain customer records and regular follow-ups.
- Resolve customer concerns and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Support the sales team in client communication and coordination.
