Work Mode: On-site / Full-time (Monday to Saturday | 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM)

Compensation: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 Fixed/month + Performance Booking Bonuses

The Prospect: We are looking for an articulate, warm, and proactive Client Relationship Executive to manage client consultations for our premium partner in the lifestyle and consulting domain. Due to strong digital presence, individuals and business owners reach out to us daily seeking personal guidance, life consultations, and architectural Vastu assessments.

Inbound Inquiries: You will never have to chase cold leads. Every client connects with us voluntarily via WhatsApp, Instagram, or direct inquiry forms looking for consultation slots.

Key Responsibilities

- Warmly attend to incoming consultation inquiries via WhatsApp Business and phone calls.
- Act as an empathetic counselor—listen to client requirements patiently and guide them to the appropriate consultation format.
- Seamlessly communicate with international clients across the US, UK, Canada, Australia, and Dubai (UAE), as well as domestic clients across India.
- Manage appointment scheduling, book meeting slots on Google Calendar,



and coordinate payment details and confirmations.
- Maintain courteous, professional follow-ups to ensure a smooth, pleasant booking experience from start to finish.

Who We Are Looking For:
- Fluency in English & Hindi (Mandatory): Clear, confident English for global clients, along with warm, relatable Hindi for domestic callers.
- Gujarati Proficiency (Bonus Point): Conversational Gujarati is an added advantage for local clients.
- Empathetic & Pleasant Demeanor: Soft-spoken, calm, patient, and polite communication style.
- Basic Tech Comfort: Comfortable with WhatsApp Business, Google Calendar, and basic Google Sheets.
- Experience Level: Freshers with outstanding spoken communication or candidates with 1–2 years of experience in Client Servicing, Hospitality, Front Office, or Counseling are welcome to apply.
- Location: Candidates residing in or near Vesu, VIP Road, Citylight, Piplod, Althan, or Adajan for an easy daily commute.
