About Athisa Health

Athisa Health is a psychological services practice in Hyderabad delivering individual, couples, child/adolescent therapy and psychological assessments — currently online, with a physical office in Jubilee Hills. We're a small, values-driven team building a human-centric practice that cares as much for our therapists as our clients.

Role Summary The Client Care Coordinator is the first point of contact for every client interacting with Athisa Health — before, during, and between sessions. This role is central to making sure clients feel held and supported administratively, so our therapists can focus entirely on clinical work.

Key Responsibilities

- Intake & Scheduling: Handle recent client inquiries, explain services, collect intake information, and schedule first sessions across therapists' calendars
- Client Communication: Send session reminders, manage rescheduling/cancellations, and respond to client queries via phone, WhatsApp, and email
- Roster Management: Track therapist availability and caseload (e.g., Anagha's roster) to route new clients appropriately and flag when capacity is nearing full
- Payments & Billing: Collect session payments, issue receipts/invoices,



and reconcile records for the accounts function
- Basic Triage: Screen incoming inquiries for urgency/fit (e.g., service type, language needs) and escalate clinical concerns to the Clinical Director
- Documentation Support: Maintain accurate client records in the CRM/EHR system in line with data privacy protocols
- Feedback Loop: Collect client feedback post-session and report recurring themes to Outreach and Clinical leadership

Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English, Telugu.
- Comfortable with basic digital tools — calendars, scheduling software, video-call platforms, spreadsheets
- High discretion and sensitivity — this role handles confidential mental-health-related information
- Warm, calm, organized communication style — often the first human touch a distressed client experiences

Nice to Have
- Familiarity with therapy/counselling intake processes
- Experience with WhatsApp Business or similar client-messaging tools
- Basic understanding of Indian data-privacy expectations for health information

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
