- Job Title: Civil Project Engineer

- Location: Daman, India (In-person / Site-based)

- Employment Type: Full time, Permanent

- Experience Required: 3 to 6 years of core site and project management experience

1. Key Responsibilities

- Site Execution &
- Scheduling:

Oversee day-to-day civil construction activities, tracking progress against strict deadlines using MS Excel or planning software.

- Drawing &

- Blueprint Mastery:

Read and accurately interpret structural blueprints, architectural drawings, and Bill of Quantities (BOQ).

- Billing &

- Quantity Verification:

Verify subcontractor measurements, process running account (RA) bills, and reconcile material requirements to control structural wastage.

- Vendor &

- Subcontractor Management:

Supervise and coordinate tasks for local on-site supervisors, subcontractors, and labour teams.

- Quality &

- Safety Assurance:

Enforce strict adherence to concrete mix specifications, finishing standards, local building regulations,



and safety layouts.

- Progress Reporting: Maintain daily site logs and compile routine engineering metrics for the project management office.

1. Requirements &
- Technical Skills

- Education: B.E. / B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering.

- Software Fluency: Excellent proficiency in AutoCAD (for design cross-verification) and MS Office.

- Niche Background: Prior structural experience in high-rise residential buildings, factory sheds, or industrial developments is highly valued.

- Soft Skills: Ability to handle field pressures, resolve resource shortages locally, and coordinate effectively with external clients or consulting teams

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
