Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Civil Site Supervisor / Engineer to manage civil and infrastructure works related to smart parking projects across Bengaluru.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise day-to-day civil and infrastructure activities at project sites.
- Manage installation of camera poles, sign poles and other roadside infrastructure.
- Supervise foundation, concrete, excavation, reinstatement and related civil works.
- Coordinate parking bay marking, road marking and other pavement works.
- Take site measurements and prepare quantity estimates.
- Prepare and maintain BOQ, material requirements and measurement records.
- Coordinate with civil contractors, labour teams and vendors.
- Monitor quality and ensure work is completed as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Ensure timely completion of site activities according to project schedules.
- Conduct site surveys and identify suitable locations for poles, equipment and parking infrastructure.
- Coordinate with electrical and technical teams for combined civil/electrical installations.
- Monitor material consumption and minimise wastage.
- Prepare daily/weekly progress reports.
- Coordinate with government officials, Corporation staff,



traffic police and other stakeholders whenever required.
- Identify site issues and provide practical solutions to ensure smooth execution.

Required Skills

- Strong practical knowledge of civil construction and site execution.
- Experience in road, pavement, infrastructure or urban development works preferred.
- Ability to take measurements and prepare basic estimates/BOQs.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD and basic drawing interpretation.
- Experience managing contractors, labour and materials.
- Positive site supervision and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Basic computer/MS Excel knowledge.
- Kannada and English communication skills preferred.
- Valid two-wheeler driving licence preferred.

Ideal Candidate A practical, field-oriented Civil professional who can independently manage multiple sites, contractors and civil works, take measurements, control material usage and coordinate effectively with project and government teams. Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
