About the Role

Kings Club is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Civil Engineer to oversee civil maintenance, Interiors, repair, renovation, and construction-related activities across the club premises. The candidate will coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal departments to ensure quality, safety, and timely completion of projects.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

Supervise civil maintenance, repair, renovation, and construction works.

Inspect buildings, structures, flooring, walls, ceilings, drainage, and other civil works.

Prepare and review estimates, BOQs, material requirements, and work schedules.

Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and service providers for ongoing projects.

Monitor quality of materials and workmanship as per required standards.

Ensure projects are completed within the agreed timeline and budget.

Identify structural/civil issues and recommend appropriate corrective actions.

Monitor waterproofing, tiling, painting, masonry, plumbing-related civil works, and general building maintenance.

Conduct regular site inspections and maintain work progress reports.





Ensure compliance with safety procedures and applicable building standards.

Support management during renovation, expansion, and new development projects Candidate Requirements

Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.

Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in civil maintenance, construction, hospitality, commercial buildings, or similar environments.

Strong knowledge of civil works, interiors construction materials, measurements, and estimation.

Experience in handling contractors and supervising site activities.

Positive communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage multiple maintenance and project activities independently.
