Job Summary The Civil Site Engineer will be responsible for supervising and coordinating civil construction activities at project sites, ensuring that work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, project schedules, and safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and monitor day-to-day civil construction activities at the project site.
- Execute work according to approved architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, workers, vendors, and project teams.
- Check site measurements and quantities of completed work.
- Prepare and verify BOQ, quantity calculations, material requirements, and site measurements.
- Monitor construction progress and ensure activities are completed as per the project schedule.
- Identify delays, site issues, material requirements, and manpower requirements and report them to the Project Manager.
- Ensure proper quality of civil works including masonry, plastering, flooring, concrete, waterproofing, painting, and related works.
- Coordinate with the interior execution team wherever civil works are connected with interior projects.
- Check levels, dimensions, alignment, and workmanship at site.
- Ensure materials are used properly and wastage is controlled.
- Coordinate material deliveries and ensure required materials are available at the site.
- Maintain daily site progress updates with photographs and relevant remarks.
- Maintain records of measurements, work progress, material consumption, and site requirements.
- Coordinate with architects, designers, consultants,



and other technical teams whenever required.
- Attend site meetings and provide updates regarding work progress and pending activities.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and safe working conditions at the site.
- Monitor workers and subcontractors to ensure assigned duties are completed properly.
- Report defective work, deviations, rework, or quality issues immediately.
- Assist in project billing, contractor measurements, and verification of completed works.
- Ensure work is carried out in accordance with applicable company procedures and site requirements.

Required Skills
- Robust knowledge of civil construction and site execution.
- Valuable knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Excel.
- Ability to read and understand architectural and structural drawings.
- Knowledge of BOQ, estimation, quantity calculation, and measurements.
- Good site coordination and manpower management skills.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
- Ability to identify and resolve site-related issues.
- Good understanding of construction materials and methods.
- Willingness to travel between project sites when required.

Qualification B.Tech / B.E. / Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.

Performance Expectations The Civil Site Engineer is expected to ensure:

- Timely completion of assigned site activities.
- Proper coordination between site teams and management.
- Accurate measurements and quantity reporting.
- Quality execution with minimum rework.
- Proper utilization of materials and manpower.
- Regular and accurate daily site reporting.
- Immediate reporting of delays, issues, and additional requirements.
- Proper coordination with the interior execution and project teams.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
