Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Civil Engineer role based in Gurugram.

The Civil

Engineer will support planning, design, and execution of residential and mixed-use projects, ensuring structural integrity, safety, and compliance with relevant codes and regulations. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing and reviewing civil engineering designs and drawings, coordinating with architects, contractors, and internal project teams,



and monitoring construction activities to align with quality and timeline requirements. The role involves performing site inspections, resolving technical issues, and optimizing designs for stormwater management, infrastructure, and utilities within project sites.

The Civil

Engineer will also contribute to cost estimation, documentation, and reporting to support efficient project delivery and alignment with Signature Global’s standards.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Civil Engineering, with knowledge of core civil engineering principles and practices.
- Proficiency in Civil Engineering Design and planning of residential and urban infrastructure projects.
- Experience or understanding of Stormwater Management and related site infrastructure design.
- Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams of Civil Engineers, architects, and construction professionals.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Civil Engineering or a closely related field.
- Familiarity with relevant Indian building codes, standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Competence in engineering design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, civil design tools) and MS Office.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with attention to detail and safety.
- Prior experience in real estate, residential, or large-scale infrastructure projects is an advantage.
