Role Description The Civil Engineer role at MH Guild Pvt Ltd. is a full-time, on-site position based in Karnataka, India.

The Civil

Engineer will be responsible for planning, designing, and overseeing construction and maintenance of building and infrastructure projects, ensuring compliance with safety standards, regulations, and quality requirements. Day-to-day tasks include preparing and reviewing technical drawings, specifications, and cost estimates; coordinating with architects, contractors, and suppliers; and monitoring project progress to ensure timelines and budgets are met. The role also involves conducting site inspections, performing structural analysis, resolving technical issues, and preparing reports and documentation for internal stakeholders and regulatory authorities.

The Civil

Engineer will contribute to optimizing project designs, improving construction processes, and supporting sustainable and efficient development practices.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in civil engineering principles, including structural analysis, materials, geotechnical concepts, and construction methods.
- Proficiency with industry-standard design and drafting tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit or similar CAD/BIM software)



and basic project management tools.
- Ability to read and prepare technical drawings, estimates, and specifications, and to interpret building codes and relevant standards.
- Experience in site supervision, quality control, and coordination with multidisciplinary teams, contractors, and vendors.
- Solid analytical, problem-solving, and numerical skills, with attention to detail and a focus on safety and compliance.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare clear reports and explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related discipline from an accredited institution.
- Relevant professional experience in construction, infrastructure, or real estate projects in India; familiarity with Karnataka regulations is an advantage.
- Ability to work on site full time, manage multiple tasks, and collaborate in a diverse, inclusive, and fast-paced environment.
- Professional certification or membership (e.g., in IEI or similar) and experience with sustainable or cutting-edge construction practices are beneficial.
