Role & responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and monitor civil construction and infrastructure projects.

- Prepare and review engineering drawings, BOQs, estimates, and project documentation.

- Supervise construction activities and ensure work is completed according to approved drawings and specifications.

- Coordinate with architects, contractors, consultants, and site teams.

- Monitor construction materials, workmanship, quality standards, and project progress.

- Conduct regular site inspections and identify construction issues.

- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and engineering standards.

- Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and maintain project records.

- Assist with quantity estimation, billing, costing,



and material planning.

- Resolve technical and site-related issues effectively.

Preferred candidate profile

- Bachelors/Diploma degree in Civil Engineering.

- 1–5 years of experience in civil construction or related projects.

- Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Office, BOQ, estimation, and quantity surveying.

- Strong understanding of construction methods and engineering principles.

- Valuable communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to manage site activities and meet project deadlines.
