Role & Responsibilities
- Supervise and monitor daily site activities.
- Ensure work as per approved drawings, BOQ, specifications and quality standards.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors and vendors.
- Check measurements, quantities, material and workmanship.
- Prepare daily progress reports and maintain site records.
- Monitor project schedule, manpower and material requirements.
- Ensure safety, quality and timely completion of work.
- Assist in billing, BOQ verification and quantity reconciliation.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech. in Civil Engineering.
- Positive knowledge of Interior works.
- Ability to read architectural and structural drawings.
- Knowledge of BOQ, billing, estimation and quantity measurement.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Excel preferred.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
