CI Flexo Plate Mounter – Fresher Company: RKN Flexible Packaging Location: Chennai Experience: Freshers preferred | 0–2 years Qualification: Diploma / ITI in Printing, Mechanical, Production or related technical field. Freshers are encouraged to apply. Job ResponsibilitiesAssist in mounting flexo printing plates accurately on sleeves/cylinders.

Ensure correct plate positioning and alignment. Check plate condition and mounting quality before production. Assist the printing team during job setup and changeover. Maintain proper registration and mounting accuracy.

Handle sleeves, plates and mounting materials carefully. Maintain cleanliness and safety in the plate mounting area. Follow company SOPs and instructions from the senior operator. Coordinate with the prepress and printing team.
