Salary:

- Experienced Candidate: ₹17,000 + Incentives
- Fresher: ₹15,000 + Incentives

Job Responsibilities:

- Assist in preparing Chinese dishes as per company recipes and standards.
- Support the Commis Chef in daily kitchen operations.
- Prepare and arrange ingredients required for cooking.
- Maintain food quality, taste, portion control, and presentation.
- Ensure proper hygiene and cleanliness of the workstation and kitchen equipment.
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
- Assist with stock handling and proper storage of ingredients.
- Coordinate with other kitchen team members for smooth operations.
- Perform other kitchen-related duties assigned by the Kitchen Manager/Chef.

Requirements:





- Prior experience in Chinese cuisine is preferred for the Commis position.
- Fresher candidates with a willingness to learn may also apply for the Helper position.
- Basic knowledge of kitchen hygiene and food safety.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant setting.
- Good teamwork and discipline.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month

- Bangalore City, Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
