Position: Childcare Educator

Location: Maneja, Vadodara

Working Hours: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Weekly Off: Saturday & Sunday

Salary: ₹20,000 per month

Paid Leave: 15 days per year

Joining: Immediate Joiners Only

About the Position

Mona Child Play School is looking for a responsible, dedicated, and professionally committed Childcare Educator to join our team.

The role involves providing attentive care, age-appropriate engagement, and a safe and structured environment for young children. The candidate will be expected to actively participate in the children's daily routines, learning experiences, activities, and overall development.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide attentive and responsible care to children throughout the working day.
- Maintain a safe, hygienic, structured, and child-friendly environment.
- Engage children in age-appropriate learning, play, creative, and developmental activities.
- Support children's social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development.
- Assist children with daily routines, including meals, hygiene, rest, and transitions.
- Observe children's behaviour and developmental needs and communicate relevant observations to the concerned team.
- Maintain classroom discipline through positive and age-appropriate methods.
- Communicate professionally with parents and school staff whenever required.




- Participate in school activities, events, celebrations, and other assigned responsibilities.
- Follow all school policies, safety procedures, and professional standards.

Eligibility & Requirements
- Graduation is mandatory.
- Fluency in English is mandatory, both spoken and written.
- ECCE (Early Childhood Care and Education) qualification will be preferred.
- Prior experience in childcare, preschool education, daycare, or a related field will be an advantage.
- The candidate must demonstrate patience, responsibility, maturity, and a genuine interest in working with young children.
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
- Candidates must be willing to take responsibility for the overall care and engagement of children.
- Only immediate joiners should apply.
