Mise en Place & Prep: Chop vegetables, slice meats, marinate seafood, and prepare signature sauces or stocks needed for Chinese recipes.
Cooking & Wok Operations: Assist with basic stir-frying, steaming, frying, or boiling, handling equipment like woks under senior supervision.
Plating & Presentation: Serve and garnish food in correct portions according to restaurant and quality standards.
Hygiene & Safety: Clean and sanitize the workstation, store food correctly using FIFO (First In, First Out), and follow safety rules like HACCP.
Inventory Control: Check stock levels, label ingredients with dates, and report shortages to the head chef.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
