We are looking for an experienced Chinese Cook / Commis 1 – Oriental Cuisine for a café in Greater Noida.

The candidate should have hands-on experience in preparing Chinese and Oriental dishes and should be comfortable working independently in a café kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare Chinese and Oriental dishes as per standard recipes
- Handle wok cooking, noodles, fried rice, starters, sauces and gravies
- Maintain consistency in taste, quality and presentation
- Ensure proper food preparation, storage and kitchen hygiene
- Manage ingredients efficiently and minimize food wastage
- Maintain cleanliness of the workstation and kitchen area
- Support smooth day-to-day kitchen operations

Candidate Requirements
- Prior experience as a Chinese Cook, Oriental Cook, Commis 1 or Commis Chef




- Good knowledge of Chinese/Oriental cooking
- Experience in wok cooking preferred
- Able to work independently and manage orders during busy hours
- Valuable understanding of food hygiene and kitchen cleanliness
- Willing to work in Greater Noida

Salary & Benefits Salary: Up to ₹20,000 per month, depending on experience and skills
