About Our Client Our Client is a healthcare-focused PE Backed firm based in Hyderabad who is looking to hire a Chief of Staff for their team. This is a high-ownership role at the intersection of strategy, execution and business building. The Chief of Staff will act as a thought partner to the CEO, help translate strategic priorities into executable initiatives, and work across functions to drive outcomes on complex, cross-functional mandates.

As a Chief of Staff, your major responsibilities will involve but not be limited to - - Partner closely with the CEO and leadership team to shape the organisation's medium- and long-term strategic agenda.

- Lead strategic problem-solving on topics including growth, geographic expansion, new business opportunities, operating model and organisational priorities.
- Translate strategic objectives into clear initiatives, milestones, ownership and measurable outcomes.
- Support annual business planning, budgeting and periodic strategy reviews.
- Work with business and functional leaders to track performance against key strategic and operating metrics.
- Drive alignment across stakeholders where ownership spans multiple teams or where priorities require senior-level intervention.

The Successful Applicant The ideal candidate for this role is as follows - - Experience Required:



4-5 years of total experience with a mix of operator and tier-1 management consulting firms. Robust exposure to strategy, growth, transformation or operating-model engagements - Educational Qualification: Has completed their education from a Tier-1 institute - Sector exposure: Exposure to Healthcare sector is preferred but not mandatory - Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to structure ambiguous problems and develop practical solutions - Excellent communication and executive stakeholder-management skills - Ability to influence senior stakeholders without necessarily having direct authority - High levels of ownership, intellectual curiosity and comfort operating in a fast-paced environment - Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively - Confidence in working closely with senior leadership teams What's on Offer - Opportunity to work closely with the CEO and Senior Leadership team - Opportunity to work in a high-ownership role for a PE-backed company - It provides a platform to develop into a future business leader, with exposure spanning corporate strategy, operating performance, growth initiatives and cross-functional execution.
