Ace Engineerings & Chemicals Pvt Ltd is a growing manufacturing organization currently operating 5 production units, with active plans for further expansion and a potential listing on the stock exchange within the next couple of years. We are looking for a seasoned finance leader to join our leadership team and help steer the company through this critical growth phase.

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the finance function across our multi-unit operations. The ideal candidate will be a qualified Chartered Accountant with a strong track record in accounting, financial leadership, and strategic planning, who can help build the financial infrastructure required for scale and eventual public listing.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and oversee all financial operations across Ace's 5 existing units, ensuring consistency, control, and compliance
- Develop and execute financial strategy aligned with the company's growth and expansion plans
- Drive IPO-readiness initiatives, including financial governance, reporting standards, and compliance frameworks required for a stock exchange listing
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, financial planning & analysis (FP&A;), and cash flow management
- Ensure robust internal controls, statutory compliance, and audit readiness across all units
- Manage relationships with banks, financial institutions, auditors, and regulatory bodies
- Provide financial insights and strategic recommendations to the Managing Director/Board for expansion decisions, capital allocation, and investment planning




- Build, mentor, and lead the finance and accounts team across locations
- Oversee taxation, treasury, working capital management, and costing functions
- Evaluate and implement financial systems/ERP improvements to support multi-unit and future public-company reporting needs

Candidate Requirements Education & Certification

- Chartered Accountant (CA), certified by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) — mandatory

Experience

- Minimum 10 years of overall experience in Accounting and Finance roles
- Minimum 2 years in a leadership capacity as CFO, Financial Head, or equivalent top management finance role
- Experience in a multi-unit manufacturing/engineering or chemicals environment preferred
- Prior exposure to IPO processes, stock exchange listing requirements, or working with a company preparing for listing will be a strong advantage

Location

- Must be based in or around Indore, or willing to relocate to Indore on a permanent basis
