Job Purpose The CFO will lead the complete finance function of the company specializing in advanced Automotive Components. The role is responsible for driving financial strategy, digital finance transformation (SAP/automation), robust internal controls, global treasury management, cost efficiency, governance, investor relations and sustainable expansion to support growth of a multithousand crore business scale.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Financial Leadership

- Drive overall financial strategy aligned to business growth, market cap expansion, profitability, and shareholder value creation.
- Provide strategic financial advice to the MD/Board to support recent product, global market expansion, and long-term investment decisions.
- Lead finance for domestic and international operations, including export markets, subsidiaries and JV entities.

1. Treasury, Forex and Banking

- Lead global treasury, banking relationships, hedging decisions, LC management, credit lines and foreign currency exposures.
- Optimize working capital, liquidity planning, fund utilization and borrowing mix.
- Assess export-based currency risks (USD, EUR, GBP etc.) and proactively manage volatility.

3. Corporate Finance, Capital Allocation & Expansion

- Lead project finance for capex & brownfield/greenfield expansions.
- Evaluate ROI for capacity additions, automation, and new product investments.
- Manage relationships with PE, institutions, lenders, rating agencies, auditors and legal advisors.
- Monitor valuations, market cap drivers, and finance positioning for strategic M&A; opportunities.

4. Digital Finance, SAP & Automation

- Champion SAP S/4HANA, ERP standardization, RPA, analytics and automated MIS.
- Build predictive financial models, real-time dashboards, and performance visibility.
- Institutionalize digital financial controls and automated cost management systems.

1. Business Controlling & Cost Excellence

- Establish strong business controller culture in operations, supply chain,



production lines, procurement and commercial.
- Improve margins through cost optimization, spend controls, raw-material hedging, capacity utilization and productivity benchmarking.
- Monitor unit-level costing, energy cost matrix, manufacturing efficiencies and yield improvements.

1. Statutory Compliance, Tax, Controls & Governance

- Ensure compliance with Companies Act, SEBI, FEMA, Ind-AS, GST & Direct Tax.
- Strengthen internal controls, risk frameworks, anti-fraud controls and audit systems.
- Lead internal and external audit, IFC framework, ESG reporting and sustainabilityrelated disclosures.

7. Financial Planning & Analysis

- Deliver accurate budgets, rolling forecasts, cashflow planning and profitability assessments.
- Drive scenario modelling for export pricing, RM price cycles, and global demand variations.
- Prepare Board-level financial packs with business intelligence-driven insights.

1. Investor Relations (IR) & Shareholder Management

- Represent company to equity analysts, FIIs, institutional investors and exchanges.
- Articulate financial performance, forward outlook, growth plans and expansion metrics.
- Maintain best-in-class governance and transparency to build market confidence.

Education & Certifications

- Chartered Accountant (CA) Mandatory
- Additional credentials such as CMA, CS, IFRS, MBA (Finance) desirable.

Experience Requirements

- Minimum 20+ years total finance experience with at least 5 -7 years in senior leadership (CFO / Head Finance / VP Finance).
- Must have worked in a listed Indian manufacturing organization with revenues 25,00+ Crore and preferably market cap 10,000 Cr.
- Experience in Automobile, industrial manufacturing is preferred.
- Must have led SAP/ERP transformations, digital finance implementation or automation initiatives.
- Strong experience with treasury, banking negotiations, hedging, funding, LC, commercial finance.
- Prior exposure to global exports, cross-border compliance, international commercial finance is essential.
