Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced CEO to manage the overall operations, financial performance, growth, and expansion of our pathology laboratory.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage overall laboratory operations, administration, and business performance.
- Drive revenue growth, profitability, and business expansion.
- Develop relationships with doctors, hospitals, clinics, corporates, and institutional clients.
- Monitor sample collection, reporting, TAT, quality, and patient satisfaction.
- Manage and improve laboratory departments and collection centres.
- Lead Operations, Sales, HR, Finance, and Administration teams.
- Prepare and monitor budgets, revenue, expenses, profitability, and cash flow.
- Review P&L;, cost control, receivables, pricing, discounts, and financial MIS.
- Monitor test-wise/department-wise costing and profitability.
- Evaluate ROI of new equipment, tests, collection centres, and expansion projects.




- Set departmental and business KPIs/targets and regularly review performance.
- Ensure quality standards, compliance, and proper laboratory processes.
- Identify opportunities for new tests, services, collection centres, and market expansion.
- Report operational and financial performance to Management/Promoters.

Required Skills

- Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
- Positive knowledge of pathology/diagnostic laboratory operations.
- Understanding of P&L;, budgeting, costing, cash flow, and profitability.
- Strong business development and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience in multi-department or multi-centre operations preferred.

Qualification MBA / MHA / Healthcare Management or relevant qualification preferred.
