Position: Part-Time Chemistry Teacher (Classes 8–10)

Curriculum: CBSE (Central Board of Secondary Education)

Work Timings: 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)

We are seeking a passionate, subject-matter expert to join our academic team as a Part-Time Chemistry Teacher. In this role, you will be responsible for teaching Chemistry to students in Classes 8, 9, and 10, strictly aligning with the latest CBSE syllabus and NCERT guidelines. The ideal candidate will possess deep conceptual clarity, the ability to simplify complex chemical reactions, and a robust drive to build a solid foundational base for high school students preparing for their board examinations.

Key Responsibilities

- Curriculum Delivery: Deliver highly engaging, concept-driven lectures in Chemistry for Classes 8 to 10 based on the current CBSE curriculum and NCERT textbook frameworks.
- Concept Building: Simplify abstract concepts such as chemical equations, the periodic table, atomic structures, and carbon compounds using real-world examples, visual aids, and interactive methods.
- Assessments & Evaluation: Design, administer, and evaluate regular chapter-wise tests, periodic assessments, and mock board exams to monitor student progress.
- Remedial Support: Identify students requiring extra academic attention and provide targeted remedial guidance during the designated work hours to improve their academic performance.




- Exam Preparation: Prepare Class 10 students extensively for CBSE board pattern questions, teaching them structured answer-writing techniques, time management, and error analysis.
- Progress Tracking & Communication: Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance scores, and behavioral progress. Conduct brief feedback updates for parents when required.

Required Qualifications & Experience

- Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry (B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Chemistry) from a recognized university. A Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) degree is highly preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of proven experience teaching Chemistry to secondary classes (8th–10th) under the CBSE board, either in a reputed school or an established coaching institute.
- Syllabus Expertise: Thorough knowledge of the CBSE grading system, question paper patterns, marking schemes, and continuous evaluation methodologies.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
