Position: Specialist Chef – Biryani / Chole Bhature Department: Food & Beverage / Kitchen Location: hong sau resort bangalore Employment Type: Full time Experience: 3 years preferred About the RoleWe are looking for a specialist chef who is highly skilled in either Biryani or Chole Bhature and can consistently deliver authentic taste and quality in a commercial hospitality environment. This role is suited for someone who has mastered their speciality and takes pride in consistency, flavour, presentation, and kitchen execution . Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and consistently deliver high-quality Biryani or Chole Bhature .

Maintain consistency in taste, texture, portion size, and presentation. Follow standardized recipes and maintain quality standards. Manage daily preparation, mise en place, and production for the speciality.

Monitor ingredient quality, freshness, and proper storage. Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and food-safety standards. Control wastage and ensure efficient use of ingredients. Coordinate with the kitchen team during busy service periods.





Help standardize recipes and preparation methods where required. Ensure timely preparation and smooth kitchen operations. RequirementsProven professional experience specializing in Biryani OR Chole Bhature .

Strong understanding of ingredients, spices, preparation techniques, and flavour profiles.

Experience working in a restaurant, hotel, resort, cloud kitchen, or similar commercial kitchen. Ability to maintain consistent quality while handling volume. Good kitchen discipline and hygiene practices. Ability to work under pressure during peak service. A passion for the speciality and attention to detail.
