Key Responsibilities

- Independently plan, execute and lead statutory audits, tax audits and internal audits, from planning and risk assessment to closure.

- Review audit working papers and financial statements; ensure compliance with Standards on Auditing, Schedule III and Ind AS/AS.

- Draft audit reports, CARO reporting, tax audit reports (Form 3CD) and management letters.

- Support statutory, internal and tax audits, including vouching, verification, working papers and audit documentation.

- Help prepare income tax computations and returns for individuals, firms and companies; Handle income tax assessments and scrutiny; draft replies to notices and represent clients before tax authorities.

- Manage GST compliances: review of monthly/annual returns, ITC reconciliation, GST audits, refunds and replies to department notices.

- Review TDS/TCS compliances, returns and reconciliations with Form 26AS/AIS.





- Advise clients on tax matters and prepare advisory notes on direct and indirect tax issues.

- Stay updated with changes in tax laws, auditing standards and regulatory requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Qualified Chartered Accountant (fresher / newly qualified) member of ICAI.

- Completed articleship in audit and taxation, preferably in a CA firm.

- Working knowledge of Income Tax, GST, TDS, Companies Act, Accounting Standards and Standards on Auditing.

- Hands-on exposure to statutory audit, tax audit and return filing during articleship.

- Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and accounting software such as Tally.

- Positive analytical, documentation and communication skills.

- Detail-oriented, eager to learn and able to work under deadlines.

- Willingness to visit client locations for audit assignments as required.
