Channel Partner Manager – Real Estate

Work Location: Anna Nagar West, Chennai

Experience: 3+ years in channel partner management or 5+ years in real estate

Compensation: Salary based on experience, plus incentives and conveyance support

About the Role

Channel Partner Manager to grow its business through real estate brokers and channel partners. You will bring new partners on board, build productive relationships, coordinate customer enquiries and site visits, and maintain accurate records of partner generated leads and bookings.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify, meet, and enrol current channel partners across Chennai.
- Build strong working relationships with existing partners and keep them informed about GP Homes projects.
- Explain project details, pricing, and the process for registering leads and arranging site visits.
- Coordinate with partners and the sales team to move qualified enquiries toward site visits and bookings.
- Validate partner lead credits and resolve duplicate or disputed lead entries using company records.
- Track partner activity, leads, site visits, bookings, and business volume in regular reports.




- Review partner performance and take steps to improve engagement and conversions.
- Support partner meetings, project visits, and other activities that help grow the channel partner network.

Candidate Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in channel partner management or 5+ years of experience in real estate sales .
- An established network of Chennai real estate brokers or channel partners is preferred.
- Experience onboarding partners and generating business through broker networks.
- Strong relationship management, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to maintain accurate lead records and coordinate effectively with internal sales teams.

Relevant experience: Candidates who have handled channel partner sales at residential developers such as Casagrand, TVS Emerald, Urbanrise, DRA Homes, Appaswamy, Navin’s , or similar companies are encouraged to apply. Experience with other Chennai real estate developers is equally relevant.
