We are seeking a agile professional to lead operations and drive growth at our client's Ayurveda & Wellness Centre. The role involves managing daily centre activities, boosting sales and customer retention, and ensuring exceptional service quality.

Experience: 4–10 years

Shift: Rotational

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee centre operations, staff performance, and customer experience.
- Drive sales, package promotions, and revenue growth.
- Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism.
- Ensure hygiene, discipline, and adherence to company SOPs.
- Coordinate with management for smooth functioning and reporting.

Candidate Profile:



4–10 years of strong sales/operations experience in Ayurveda, Wellness, Spa, Healthcare, Hospitality, Salon, or Retail.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English & Hindi).

Proven ability to achieve sales targets and lead teams effectively.

Presentable, energetic, and customer‑focused with strong problem‑solving skills.
