Job Summary

Skill Apex Academy is looking for a responsible and energetic Centre In-Charge cum Aviation Faculty to manage the day-to-day operations of our Aluva centre while handling academic sessions for Aviation and Airline-related courses.

Key Responsibilities

Centre In-Charge

- Manage the day-to-day activities and smooth functioning of the centre.
- Handle student enquiries, admissions, follow-ups, and fee collection.
- Coordinate with students, faculty members, parents, and the management.
- Monitor student attendance, discipline, and overall centre activities.
- Maintain student records, documents, and centre reports.
- Coordinate faculty schedules and ensure smooth conduct of classes.
- Support admission and centre growth activities.
- Submit regular reports and updates to the management.

Aviation Faculty

- Conduct classes for Aviation, Airline, and related subjects.
- Prepare lesson plans, presentations, notes, and study materials.




- Deliver engaging and practical classroom sessions.
- Conduct assignments, assessments, presentations, and other academic activities.
- Guide and mentor students in their academic and career development.
- Monitor student academic performance and attendance.
- Complete the assigned syllabus within the scheduled timeline.

Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Aviation, Airline Management, Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, or a relevant field.
- Candidates with relevant aviation industry, teaching, training, or centre management experience will be preferred.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Robust coordination and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage both academic and administrative responsibilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and Google Workspace.

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month, based on qualifications and experience. Interested candidates can apply with their updated CV.
