Manager is responsible for leading telesales operations at a single location, managing a team of 40 telecallers and team leaders, base Location: Mohali / Indore / Delhi / Noida.

Key responsibilities include achieving sales targets, improving conversion ratios, and ensuring operational excellence. The role involves team and floor management, sales execution, performance monitoring, training and development, on-ground involvement, and maintaining a customer-centric approach.
