Center Manager – Overseas Education

nRole Overview

nWe are looking for an experienced Center Manager to lead our overseas education centre and manage a team of Study Abroad / Overseas Education Counsellors . The role will be responsible for team performance, student conversions, centre operations and overall business growth.

nKey Responsibilities

- Lead, mentor and manage a team of Overseas Education Counsellors .
n
- Drive counselling, application and admission/enrolment targets.
n
- Monitor team performance, conversions and daily activities.
n
- Handle key student/parent consultations and escalations.
n
- Ensure smooth end-to-end student admission processes.
n
- Develop strong relationships with students, parents and university representatives.
n
- Train and coach counsellors on Study Abroad / Overseas Education processes.
n
- Manage centre operations, MIS, reporting and performance reviews.
n
- Drive local marketing,



lead generation and business development activities.
n
- Stay updated on international education trends, universities, courses and visa requirements.
n

nRequirements

n

n
- 5–8 years of experience in Overseas Education / Study Abroad / International Admissions .
n
- Prior experience managing a team of counsellors.
n
- Strong understanding of international education markets and admission processes.
n
- Proven experience in achieving admission/enrolment and revenue targets .
n
- Excellent leadership, communication, counselling and stakeholder-management skills.
n
- Experience with UK, USA, Canada, Australia or Europe is preferred.
