Key Responsibilities
Supervise on-site catering operations for corporate events, weddings and outdoor functions
Manage service team and ensure the smooth execution of events
Coordinate with kitchen and logistics team
Ensure service standards, hygiene and guest satisfaction
Handle client coordination during events
Requirements
Minimum 3 to 5 years experience in catering or banquet operations
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to handle large-scale events
Flexible to work weekends and late hours
