Responsibilities

- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of the cath lab equipment and facilities to ensure a sterile and efficient working setting.

- Collaborate with cardiologists and other healthcare professionals during cardiac procedures such as angiograms, angioplasties, and pacemaker insertions.

- Monitor patients' vital signs and provide necessary support throughout procedures.

- Operate and troubleshoot specialized imaging equipment to capture diagnostic images.

- Maintain accurate and detailed clinical documentation of procedures, patient data, and equipment usage.

- Provide emergency support during cardiac emergencies and ensure readiness for urgent procedures.

- Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and operational standards within the cath lab.

- Educate patients and their families on post-procedure care and follow-up requirements.
