and placement readiness ? Maintain placement records and align efforts with academic programs ? Keep stakeholders connected for smooth, ever-improving career services What we're looking for ✅ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills ✅ A student-focused, service-oriented mindset ✅ Experience in campus placements, career services, HR, or corporate relations (highly preferred) ✅ Familiarity with academic environments or career counseling ✅ Bachelor's in business, management, education, or related field (postgrad a plus) ✅ Strong organizational skills + comfort with office and CRM/placement tools ?
