Key Responsibilities

- Provide career and academic counseling to students based on their interests, abilities, and goals.
- Guide students regarding higher education options, courses, universities, and career pathways in India and abroad.
- Conduct individual counseling sessions, career assessments, and guidance sessions.
- Support students in subject and stream selection and future academic planning.
- Organize career guidance sessions, workshops, university interactions, and orientation programs.
- Maintain student counseling records and follow up on their progress.
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, teachers, and school leadership.





Requirements

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Education, or a related field.
- Relevant experience in career counseling, student counseling, or school counseling.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong knowledge of higher education and career pathways.
- Ability to work effectively with students of different age groups.
- Experience in a school workplace will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
