Job Overview:

- Position: Operation Recon & Operations Manager
- Grade: Assistance Manager/Manager
- Location: Thane
- Reporting To: Assistant Vice President (AVP)
- Experience Level: 4 - 8 relevant years
- CTC- Up to Interview

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operation Recon :

- Daily BRS & Execution
- Disbursement & Repayment Reconcile
- Control & Risk Mitigation
- High-Aging & Unidentified Credit Management
- MIS & Stakeholder Reporting
- Audit & Compliance.

Required skills & qualifications:

- Experience: 3 to 8 years of core experience in Bank Reconciliation (BRS) within Central Operations / CPU at a BFSI/NBFC organization.
- Technical & system proficiency: Hands-on experience with Loan Management Systems (LMS), General Ledger (GL) modules, BRS tools, and advanced MS Excel (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, data matching routines).
- Domain knowledge
- Virtual Accounts, Payment Gateways), disbursement cycles, unapplied credit accounting,



and financial control workflows.
- Problem-solving & detail orientation action plans to internal teams.

2. Operations Manager

- Policy Lifecycle Management
- Data & premium reconciliation
- Claims management
- Stakeholder Coordination & Escalations
- Compliance, Audit & MISinternal audit frameworks, and IRDAI regulations.
- Industry Expertise

Required skills & qualifications:

- Experience: 4 to 8 years in central insurance operations & loan servicing.
- Technical & software proficiency: Advanced MS Excel capabilities (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, data reconciliation) and familiarity with core lending platforms and insurance partner portals.
- Domain Knowledge servicing workflows, and claim-settlement mechanisms.
- Problem-Solving & Communication
