Role & responsibilities

Connect with IT professionals and understand their skills, experience, career goals, compensation expectations, and job preferences.

Identify suitable career opportunities based on candidate profiles and client requirements.

Source candidates through platforms such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, and internal databases.

Review resumes and conduct initial candidate discussions to understand qualifications and suitability.

Build and maintain strong professional relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

Explain job opportunities, client requirements, job locations, work arrangements, and hiring processes to candidates.

Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, feedback, documentation, and candidate communication.

Work closely with Senior Counsellors, Recruiters, and Account Managers to support US client requirements.

Maintain accurate and updated candidate information in internal recruitment systems.

Develop an understanding of US staffing models including W2, C2C, and 1099.

Understand basic US work authorization categories and communicate relevant information appropriately.

Follow up consistently with candidates to ensure smooth movement through the recruitment process.

Meet daily and weekly targets related to sourcing,



candidate engagement, submissions, and follow-ups.

Maintain professionalism and confidentiality while handling candidate information.

Preferred candidate profile

We are looking for candidates who demonstrate:

01 year of experience in US staffing, IT recruitment, technical recruitment, career counselling, or a related field is preferred.

Freshers with robust communication skills and an interest in US IT recruitment are welcome.

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

Ability to understand candidate requirements and communicate opportunities effectively.

Basic understanding of recruitment and candidate sourcing.

Familiarity with job portals and professional networking platforms is an advantage.

Strong follow-up, coordination, and organizational skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-oriented environment.

Willingness to work in US shifts aligned with CST.

Basic knowledge of US staffing terminology and work authorization is an advantage.

Education A Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, IT, or a related discipline is preferred.
