RiStudio is a premium cosmetic tattoo and brow studio in New Delhi, known for its high standards, personalised service and discerning clientele, including celebrities and high-profile clients. We’re looking for someone who understands that excellent client experience is about much more than a warm welcome. 3+ years of experience in hospitality, luxury retail, aesthetic/dermatology clinics, premium salons or a similar environment ~ Excellent follow-up and relationship-management skills ~ Comfortable with Excel, Clinicia or similar CRM/appointment-management software ~ Someone who can manage a busy day, handle a demanding client with grace, follow up on a lead without being pushy, and notice the little things that make a client's experience exceptional.
