nWe are looking for a Capital Markets - Solutions & Delivery Lead, who will support the growth and delivery of Capital Markets Solutions in India, with a strong focus on solutioning, client engagement, and delivery governance across key accounts.

NResponsibilities

- Lead solutioning and deal shaping for complex Capital Markets opportunities, with a focus on Murex programs.

- Drive senior client engagement with India‐based stakeholders and support account growth initiatives.
N
- Provide hands‐on delivery leadership on selected engagements and portfolio‐level delivery governance.

- Ensure strong alignmentbetween solution design and delivery execution.
N
- Collaborate with Sales,Account, and Global Solutions teams to improve pipeline quality and conversion.

nRequirements

- Robust Murex experience(solutioning, delivery, or implementation leadership).
N
- Deep understanding of Capital Markets, especially Trading & Risk.
N
- Proven ability to lead complex solutioning and client‐facing engagements.

- Experience in delivery management for large financial‐services programs.

- Excellent communicationand senior‐stakeholder management skills.
N
- Exposure to multi‐product Trading & Risk platforms beyond Murex.
N
- Experience working withbank GCC environments.
N
- Understanding of Agile delivery models in Capital Markets.
N
- Regional or global stakeholder management experience.
