Quality Analyst – Roles & Responsibilities

- Audit and monitor Telesales and Coordinator calls on a regular basis.
- Check whether employees are following the approved call process and communication standards.
- Evaluate calls for customer handling, product knowledge, communication and professionalism.
- Identify mistakes, process gaps and communication issues during calls.
- Verify whether the CRM updates match the actual customer conversation.
- Maintain employee-wise call quality scores and audit reports.
- Share feedback with employees and concerned Team Leaders/Managers.
- Track corrective actions and ensure identified issues are closed.
- Conduct re-audits to check employee improvement.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly call quality reports for management.




- Identify repeated issues and recommend training or process improvements.
- Escalate serious customer complaints, wrong commitments or major process violations to management.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer calls and internal information.
- Coordinate with Telesales, Sales, Service, Coordinators, HR and other departments for quality improvement.
