ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Call Center Executive to handle customer inquiries and bookings related to Rafting and Adventure Activities. The candidate will be responsible for providing information about rafting packages, adventure activities, pricing, availability, safety guidelines, and booking procedures.

The role requires excellent communication skills, proper follow-up with customers, and coordination with the operations team to ensure a smooth and memorable customer experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and customer queries related to Rafting & Adventure Activities.
- Explain rafting packages, adventure activities, pricing, timings, and safety instructions to customers.
- Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings and achieve assigned targets.
- Follow up with leads and potential customers.
- Maintain customer booking and inquiry records.




- Coordinate with the operations team regarding customer bookings and activity schedules.
- Assist customers with booking-related issues and provide timely solutions.
- Promote additional adventure activities and packages.
- Maintain skilled communication and ensure excellent customer service.
