We are hiring a Call Executive in Thiruvananthapuram.
Responsibilities
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls
- Communicate with customers and provide relevant information
- Follow up with customers and maintain call records
- Handle customer queries professionally
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience
- Experience in the healthcare sector is preferred
- Positive communication skills
- Good customer-handling skills
Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
Weekly Off: Sunday
