- Analyze and optimize component and vehicle-level durability performance using CAE simulation tools

- Predict, evaluate, and manage the structural and fatigue performance of transmission and driveline components/systems

- Build and refine FE models — including pre-processing, meshing, solution setup, and post-processing/result interpretation

- Define accurate load cases and boundary conditions using road load data, customer usage profiles, and duty cycles

- Conduct fatigue life prediction, structural analysis, and reliability assessments to validate design robustness

- Support root cause investigations and failure analysis for durability-related field/test issues, driving corrective actions

- Collaborate closely with durability and physical testing teams to correlate CAE predictions with rig/dynamometer test data

- Partner with design, testing, and manufacturing teams to recommend design optimizations balancing durability, weight, and cost

- Prepare explicit technical reports and present analysis findings, risks, and recommendations to cross-functional stakeholders and leadership

- Support design sign-off, CAE gateway reviews, and DFMEA/DVP&R; activities as required
